Getting Started
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but taking the first step doesn’t have to be. Leave a voicemail or send a brief message through my contact page with a good time for me to reach you. I aim to respond within 24 hours. During our initial conversation, I’ll learn more about your goals and see if I’m the right fit. If so, we’ll schedule your first appointment, and I’ll email the forms for you to complete beforehand.
The First Appointment
A strong connection between client and therapist is key to successful therapy. In your first appointment, you’ll have the chance to see if you feel comfortable with me and whether I’m the right fit for your needs. If I feel another provider could better support you, I’ll gladly provide their contact information.
